2 previous transplants, latter lasting 18 years.
Returned to hemodialysis 1999. 
Presently on In-center Nocturnal Hemodialysis.
Awaiting another transplant.

Oh wow I remember I used to get depressed and overwhelmed when it was time to grocery shop when I was on dialysis! This list is really needed! Thanks for this!!

That link no longer works and someone is currently asking for the list on the DaVita forums. I did a search and the only places that came up with this link is this post and Kidney-Friends and DaVita who all linked to it the same way instead of attaching it. So I am asking if anyone knows where someone can get this list or a variant of it?  It was very useful.
